Pakistan scored 60 runs in 16 overs for the loss of two wickets, with Mohammad Rizwan and Abdullah Shafique at the crease.
Saim Ayub departed after scoring 23, while Babar Azam returned to the pavilion without scoring.
Earlier, West Indies opted to bowl first against Pakistan after winning the toss for the second clash of the three-match ODI series at Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba, on Sunday.
