He highlighted Pakistan’s focus on high-growth sectors such as construction, healthcare, ICT, logistics, and emerging green jobs, as well as the importance of ethical recruitment, worker-centred mobility, and whole-of-government coordination on migration and skills policy.

The Federal Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s readiness to deepen cooperation with international partners to co-design skills pathways, digital mobility platforms, and ethical recruitment models that translate policy ambition into employment outcomes.
