RIYADH, JUL 22: Saudi Arabia’s civil defense agency issued a brief warning calling for residents of the eastern city of Dammam to take shelter on Wednesday, only to lift the order minutes later.
“An alert has been issued by the National Platform for Early Warning in Emergency Situations in the city of Dammam to warn of danger,” the agency said in a statement posted online.
