ABBOTTABAD, Mar 16: The district administration has imposed Section 144 across Abbottabad to maintain law and order during Eid-ul-Fitr, ensuring the protection of citizens’ lives and property and preventing any untoward incidents.
According to officials, the restrictions include a complete ban on the display of weapons, aerial firing, fireworks, one-wheeling, illegal gatherings, and other activities that could disrupt public peace.
Law enforcement agencies have been directed to strictly enforce these measures, and action will be taken against violators in accordance with the law.
The district administration has urged citizens to act responsibly and cooperate fully with authorities by adhering to the imposed restrictions, so that Eid-ul-Fitr can be celebrated in a peaceful and secure environment.
