Two new PSL teams set to be named Gilgit and Faisalabad: sources

LAHORE, NOV 19: Two new Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises are set to carry the names Gilgit and Faisalabad.

Agreement has been reached on the names of the new PSL franchises. Sources divulged that Rawalpindi, Muzaffarabad and Hyderabad franchises are out of contention in the current race.

The sources privy to the development added that the PSL management has not yet resolved matters with Multan Sultans. The Sultans’ franchise may also enter the bidding process as the search for new owners continues.
