TASHKENT: The Executive Director of CGSS Lt. Col Khalid Taimur Akram ® , a leading Pakistani think-tank, met with Mr. Juraev Farrukh Sayfiddinovich the Head of the Department of Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan,.
The CGSS Executive Director briefed the official about working of his think-tank. He also presented him a copy of daily Islamabad POST that carried article about the Central Asia and South Asia Conference with a focus on bilateral relations as well.
Mr. Juraev appreciated the work done by the CGSS and hoped to enhance cooperation with it.
He also recognized work done by daily Islamabad POST in bringing peoples of both countries even closer. He said the newspaper had been projecting and promoting relationship between the two countries with a view to cementing and strengthening bonds of friendship and brotherhood.
Daily Islamabad POST focuses especially on Pakistan’s relations with the Central and South Asia countries. The newspaper includes articles and news concerning this region on daily basis. The newspaper also own largest circulated diplomatic magazine CENTRELINE and Diplomatic News Agency (DNA).
