KARACHI: President of United Business Group (UBG) Zubair Tufail has said that in the FPCCI elections to be held on December 30, 2023, the evil intentions of the opponents to seize power through fake votes will not be successful this time. Representatives of the business community from all over Pakistan have united under the patronage of Patron in Chief SM Tanveer and they know very well that their problems can be solved only through the platform of UBG.

He expressed these views on Wednesday at UBG. Spokesman Gulzar Firoz, former senior vice president FPCCI Syed Mazhar Ali Nasir and former vice president Shakeel Ahmad Dhingra. Zubair Tufail said that Atif Ikram Sheikh for the post of president of FPCCI and Saqib Fayyaz Maggo for senior vice president. is the best candidate and both have served the federation well as vice presidents.

He said that the United Business Group is facing a heavy burden in the election and the leaders of the opposition group and voters are coming towards the UBG because they know very well that the survival of FPCCI is only because of the poor policies and failed leadership of the ruling group. It is possible only with the success of UBG.

Zubair Tufail said that UBG has made complete preparations for the election on December 30 and we are in full contact with our voters. UBG always conveys the problems of the business community to the government and He went to every level to find a solution and in the future, Atif Ikram Shaikh and Saqib Fayyaz Maggo will be elected to the post of president/ senior vice president and will go to every door to relieve the business community from the trouble.

He said that all illegal measures will be taken. However, we will not give the businessmen panel an escape route, it is a pity that the leaders of the businessmen panel in their lust for power have destroyed the honor of FPCCI and we have financially sanctioned the Federal Organization of Businessmen. It was strong, but the incompetent ruling group has pushed it back into decline.
