ISLAMABAD, MAY 22 /DNA/ – Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will visit Iran today. He will offer condolences for the deaths of Iran’s President and Foreign Minister.
President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian died in a helicopter crash.
The crash happened in Eastern Azerbaijan province on 19 May 2024.
The Prime Minister will be accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister and other senior ministers.
He will meet the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Imam Khamenei.
Shehbaz Sharif will also meet Acting President Dr. Mohammad Mokhber.
He will convey condolences from the people and Government of Pakistan.
