RIYADH, JUN 22: Sheikh Saleh Al Shaiba, the principal holder of the keys of the Holy Kaaba, has passed away. A post on X claims that he was buried at Al Mualla Cemetery after being prayed over in Masjid Al Haram.
Sheikh Saleh Al Shaiba was the 109th successor of the Kaaba and the 109th heir to the companion Uthman ibn Talha.
As stated in a post on X by the official account Inside the Haramain, the Al Shaiba Family will continue to provide guardianship.
