ISLAMABAD, SEPT 2 (DNA) – China is making concerted efforts through CPEC to help Pakistan fully capitalize on the SCO’s opportunities. However, Pakistan is not actively engaging with the SCO. Pakistan should proactively utilize the SCO forum to achieve economic independence.
