THE government has appointed LT. Gen Asim Malik as the New Director General of the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI)
He will take charge of his office from September 30, 2024
He is currently serving at the Adjutant General in Pakistan Army. Adjutant General is primarily responcible for military lands etc.
Earlier Corps Commander Rawalpindi Shahid Imtiaz was also tipped as the new DG ISI .
