LAHORE, SEPT 27 – Social media influencer Asad Nadeem Mughal was detained at Lahore airport for promoting an online gambling application through a social media platform.
Sources said Asad Nadeem Mughal arrived in Lahore from Sharjah on a private airline. The Federal Investigation Agency took action after his name appeared in the immigration system record check.
He has been detained on suspicion of links with Ducky Bhai. Several cases have already been registered against other influencers in connection with the online gambling case.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) is conducting an inquiry into the scandal.
