Bilawal pays tribute to Jam Saqi on 5th death anniversary


ISLAMABAD, MAR 05 (DNA) — Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has paid tribute to late PPP Comrade Jam Saqi on his fifth death anniversary, extoling his selfless struggle and unprecedented sacrifices for the rights of working class in Pakistan.

In a Twitter message, Bilawal noted that late Jam Saqi was a democrat and a public leader whose efforts to end forced labor and promote human rights are also unforgettable.

“When a false case of rebellion was brought against him under the Zia government, late Ms. Benazir Bhutto recorded a statement in support of Jam Saqi in the related mutiny case,” he added. — DNA
