ISLAMABAD: The Indian government has extended an invitation to the Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to attend the upcoming foreign ministers conference of the SCO countries being held in the resort city Goa.
Moreover, India has also invited the Chief Justice of Pakistan to India for a conference. However both these dignitaries are yet to accept this invitation. The diplomatic sources believe the Pakistani foreign minister ought to take part in the SCO moot in order to not only strengthen Pakistan’s relations with the organization but to help achieve some sort of normalization in relations with the arch rival.
