ISLAMABAD, JUL 02 (DNA) — Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Nasrat Khan has criticized the PML (N)-led government, alleging that it has turned the life of the common man into a living hell. He pointed out that due to skyrocketing prices of electricity, gas, and petroleum, the public has been pushed to the brink, with some resorting to suicide.
In a statement, Nasrat Khan asserted that the government and its allies have an agenda focused solely on corruption and exploiting the people. He further stated that it is a fact that the IMF’s demands have been officially accepted in the budget announcement.
In response to a question, Nasrat Khan emphasized that the country’s issues will not be resolved from the government’s tenure until its departure. A PTI leader added that despite the passage of legislation in the US Congress regarding electoral fraud in the February 8 elections, the government’s credibility has been severely tarnished.
Nasrat Khan also mentioned that today, from Khyber to Karachi, ordinary Pakistanis stand with Imran Khan because they know he is the only leader capable of solving Pakistan’s problems. — DNA
