Pro-Pakistan posters, banners come up in IIOJK

SRINAGAR, Aug 13 (DNA): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir,
pro-Pakistan posters and banners have come up in the Kashmir Valley on
the eve of Independence Day of Pakistan.

Despite the heavy deployment of Indian troops, police personnel and
surveillance cameras, posters have appeared in Srinagar, Sopore, Budgam,
Islamabad and other areas of the territory reading “14th August – happy
Independence Day”, “We are Pakistanis – Pakistan is ours.”

The posters with Pakistani flag have been pasted on pillars, electricity
poles and walls containing pictures of top Kashmiri resistance leaders,
APHC Chairman, Masarat Aalam Butt, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Shabbir Ahmad
Shah, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Aasiya Andrabi, Mushtaq-ul-Islam and other
detained leaders .

The posters prayed for the early liberation of Jammu and Kashmir and
becoming a part of Pakistan.

On the other hand, posters have also been pasted across the territory
terming the Indian Independence Day, the 15th August, as a Black Day for
Kashmiris.

The people of Kashmir, talking to media men said, “We stand, no matter
what you (India) do to us, we will never accept the Indian illegal
occupation, abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A”.
