KARACHI, Aug 26 (DNA): The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi
chapter has announced a rally in the Sindh capital to show solidarity
with the party chairman Imran Khan tomorrow.

The announcement was made by PTI Karachi President Khurram Sher Zaman.
He urged party supporters to show up at Nursery Shahrah-e-Faisal
tomorrow at 5pm.

The participants of the rally will march to Mazar-e-Quaid, Zaman said.
He raised serious concerns about what he called injustices to Imran
Khan.

The PTI has been raising its voice against the plight of the party chief
in jail. Imran Khan’s spouse Bushra Bibi yesterday submitted an
affidavit to the Supreme Court, stating her husband is facing serious
threats in jail.

After lots of troubles and delays, she said she did manage to hold a
meeting with Imran Khan in t Attock Jail on August 22.

The health of the PTI chairman is deteriorating and he has lost weight,
she said, adding that she held a third meeting with Imran Khan on
Tuesday that lasted for almost an hour.

Earlier, the PTI released a report of a district and sessions judge
pertaining to his inspection of the Attock jail on August 15, revealing
that a CCTV camera was installed right in front of the cell of former
premier Imran Khan breaching his privacy.

The Supreme Court ordered the attorney general for Pakistan to file a
report on the living conditions of the PTI chairman at the Attock Jail
facility by August 28.
