ISLAMABAD, JAN 30 (DNA): The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) had the honor of hosting Mr. Sarfaraz Baig, a distinguished novelist settled in Paris, France. During his visit, he was warmly welcomed by Dr. Bilal Karim, Director PRR, and Mr. Khursheed Ahmed, Deputy Director Admin.
In recognition of his literary contributions, Dr. Bilal Karim presented Mr. Sarfaraz Baig with a book as a token of appreciation. The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the role of literature and the arts in cultural diplomacy and international literary exchange.
