Two soldiers martyred in IED blast in Khyber district

RAWALPINDI, Apr 08 (DNA): Two soldiers were martyred Saturday when an
improvised explosive device exploded on a vehicle of Security Forces in
the general area Bara, Khyber District, said a statement issued by Inter
Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Two soldiers, Naib Subedar Hazrat Gul (age 37 years, resident of Lower
Dir) and Sepoy Nazir Ullah Mehsud (age 34 years, resident of South
Waziristan) embraced Shahadat in the explosion.

The ISPT statement added that the sanitization of the area is being
carried out to eliminate any terrorists in the area.

“Pakistan’s Security Forces are determined to eliminate the menace of
terrorism and such sacrifices of our soldiers further strengthen our
resolve,” said the ISPR.
