DG ISPR holds special session with students across Pakistan

RAWALPINDI, JAN 18: The Director-General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) addressed students from across Pakistan as part of the recently launched ISPR internship programme.

This winter initiative aimed to provide media sciences training to students, with 2,500 participants benefiting from the programme, including those from remote areas of the country.

The internship programme was designed to create job opportunities in the media industry for students, offering them valuable insights and hands-on experience.

Renowned academic figures and media professionals from across the nation were involved in mentoring and guiding the students throughout the programme.

During the special session, DG ISPR interacted with the students and discussed the role, structure, and operational procedures of the Pakistan Army.

Following the session, the students expressed their satisfaction and shared their experiences, stating that they had gained substantial knowledge about the army’s workings.

The students also mentioned that the session cleared up several misconceptions regarding the Pakistan Armed Forces and other national institutions that had been perpetuated through social media platforms.

They appreciated DG ISPR’s detailed and reasoned responses to their questions, which reassured them and enhanced their understanding of the military’s contributions to the nation.

The students expressed their gratitude towards the Pakistan Army for this enlightening opportunity.
