PYONGYANG: North Korea has announced it will not hold talks and contacts of any kind with the United States until it rolls back its hostile policy towards their country.

In a statement, First Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui said the United States has tried to contact North Korea since mid-February through several channels but we don’t think there is need to respond to the US time-delaying trick again.
