ISLAMABAD, JAN 11: Special Representative of the Prime Minister for the Middle East and Inter-Religious Harmony Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi said that the people and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are commited to maximise facilities for the Pilgrims of Hajj and Umrah.
Talking to media here on Thursday following his return to Pakistan after participating in the Four-day Hajj and Umrah Services Conference in Saudi Arabia, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi said that Hajj and Umrah Conference had been arranged by the government of the Saudi Arabia in view of the planning of Hajj 2024 arrangements, which shows that the leadership and people of Saudi Arabia are commited to maximise the facilities for the pilgrims of Hajj and Umrah.
Four-Day Hajj and Umrah Services Conference was
organized by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah under the patronage of the Khadim-e-Harmain Al-Sharifain Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud.
Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmed, HOPE Chairman Jamal Khan Tarkai, Sardar Sajid Ali, Hafiz Muhammad Tariq, Akhlaq Ahmed and others also participated in this conference.
Talking to the media at the airport, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi said that Saudi Arabia’s arrangements in view of Hajj 2024 hinted at the fact that the people and government of Saudi Arabia wanted to facilitate the pilgrims to their best.
The government of Pakistan is also trying to provide the best facilities to its pilgrims, said Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi adding that
We are also trying to provide better facilities to the pilgrims this year comparatively the erstwhile years.
He also added that with objectives to enhance coordination among the Saudi officials in view of Hajj and Umrah services, two agreements were signed and some of the sponsoring companies of the conference and exhibition were also awarded prizes during the inaugural session of this Hajj and Umrah Conference.
Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi said that the four-day Hajj and Umrah Services Conference lays great emphasis on improving the overall environment during the Hajj and Umrah services.
The Four Day Hajj and Umrah services conference proved an event with a strong commitment to enhance and promote services for pilgrims, with the aim of providing them with exceptional and meaningful experiences.
Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, Special Representative to Prime Minister for the Inter-Religious Harmony and Middle East said that the conference was designed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with objectives to attract the concerning leaders in view of future trends, and to develop opportunities for local and international partnerships, agreements and initiatives, and to highlight the efforts of the state in view of the services and arrangements of Hajj and Umrah.
