ICCPO visits Safe City Islamabad Command and Control Center

ISLAMABAD, Oct 04 (DNA): Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCP),
Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, visited the Safe City command and control center,
a public relations officer said.

He said that, during the visit he commended the officials for a major
decrease in crime rates due to the vigilant monitoring of Safe City
cameras. He appreciated the performance of officers for their dedication
in ensuring the safety and security of Islamabad’s residents.

ICCPO also highlighted the significance of Safe City cameras and issued
directives for officers to remain vigilant and proactive in keeping an
eye on criminal elements. He stressed the importance of continuous
monitoring to maintain law and order.

He also reviewed various departments’ operations, including Safe City
Monitoring, Traffic management, and the Pucar-15 helpline. CPO Safe
City/Traffic was also present on the occasion.

ICCPO reaffirmed Islamabad Capital Police’s commitment to ensuring peace
and security within the federal capital. He also made it clear that no
group or individuals would be allowed to disrupt the peace and harmony
