ZANDA Financial Services releases verified product specifications and confirms its Pakistani service is distinct from a similarly-named foreign platform.

Islamabad, Pakistan — Pakistani consumers searching for information about the MoneyTap loan application have in recent weeks encountered conflicting and inaccurate product details from various online sources. To address this, ZANDA Financial Services (Private) Limited, the SECP-licensed operator of the Pakistani MoneyTap service, today issued an official identity clarification together with a verified specifications sheet.
MoneyTap Pakistan is operated by ZANDA Financial Services (Private) Limited under SECP license SECP/LRD/123/ZFSPL/2023-39 and is not affiliated with the Indian product “MoneyTap” (operated by MWYN Tech Private Limited / Freo).
Pakistani borrowers comparing loan applications have reported encountering foreign loan amounts, foreign tenor lengths, and foreign markup rates being presented as MoneyTap product details — information that does not apply to the locally licensed Pakistani service. The clarification is intended to help consumers make accurate cost comparisons and to give independent publishers a verified reference set.
“Consumers in Pakistan deserve to be able to look up a regulated financial service and find accurate, verified information about its actual terms. We are publishing this clarification so anyone — a customer, a journalist, or a platform operator — has a single authoritative reference for the Pakistani MoneyTap service and its SECP licensing.”
