PESHAWAR— A group of Tajik nationals residing in Kabul and Mazar-i-Sharif Afghanistan have called up the UN and other international organizations to help them in getting safety and protection as they facing threats to lives and properties in native Tajikistan.

These Tajik Nationals slipped into Afghanistan after disintegration of former USSR and empowering of Imam Ali Rehmanov as President of Tajikistan. Amir Hamza, head of Tajik Refugees in Afghanistan through a letter addressed to UN Secretary General and copied to other global forums states,” I have said many times before that: “Unfortunately, we are not supported by any country or government in Afghanistan”.

we are unfortunately under the strong persecution of the current Tajik regime, but we are Tajik refugees in Kabul, Afghanistan and unfortunately, we are stateless’, also registered by UNHCR as asylum seekers.

“ Due to the deteriorating human rights situation in the Republic of Tajikistan, I’m writing a very short letter, because it is very urgent and we ask all the respected officials of the United Nations and International legal organizations to consider the request urgently.

Since we have been refugees from Tajikistan in Afghanistan and other countries for 30 years, and unfortunately our situation abroad is getting worse day by day, please share our request immediately with Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov.”

“We, the Justice Group of the Republic of Tajikistan, respectfully ask the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Guterres, the leaders of international organizations and international legal experts, and the leaders of the international community to: “Please be a serious observer of our justice desk period”.

We, the Justice Group of the Republic of Tajikistan, respect all UN programs, documents, and conventions. If Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov also respects all international instruments, he comes to the table of justice and says, “I also respect all international instruments”.

We, the justice groups of the Republic of Tajikistan, hope that Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov himself will come to justice.

We want justice, law, and the functioning of international instruments in the society of the Republic of Tajikistan. Since we have been outside the Republic of Tajikistan for 30 years, we respect the United Nations “Repatriation” and accept the return program provided that Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov comes to our justice table.

We have already said to the esteemed officials of the United Nations, the international legal organizations that please: “If Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov has any suggestions or questions, he should tell us at the justice table”.

We, the Justice Group of the Republic of Tajikistan, respectfully ask the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Gutteres, and the leaders of international organizations and international legal experts of the international community to respectfully ask: “Please be a serious observer of our justice desk period”.

Because, unfortunately, the current Tajik regime is clearly violating human rights for 30 years, the rights of Tajik citizens inside and outside Tajikistan have been violated.

Tajikistan has been repeatedly warned by the United Nations and international organizations, but unfortunately, the current Tajik regime has unfortunately turned a human rights flaw into genocide in Tajikistan, but unfortunately, the current Tajik regime considers the UN delegations visit a culprit in the situation in the Badakhshan province of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The United Nations and international legal organizations should know that for 30 years, unfortunately, most Tajik citizens who have been imprisoned have not committed a crime, but unfortunately, under the most severe torture, they are forced to confess and go to prison.

That the deteriorating situation in Badakhshan province of the Republic of Tajikistan is attributed to the current Tajik regime’s visit to the UN delegation.

For us, the people of the Republic of Tajikistan, it is a shame that the current Tajik regime attributes the deteriorating situation in Badakhshan province, of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the UN envoy to Badakhshan province, of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Of course, this is a weakness of the work of the UN Office in the Republic of Tajikistan, because for 30 years the injustices of the Tajik regime have been recorded in the Republic of Tajikistan, and complaints about the crimes of the Tajik regime and human rights violations in Tajikistan are daily.

He reached the UN office, but unfortunately, Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov was not once held accountable for the rule of law.

This is the mistake and weakness of the UN Special Representative in the Republic of Tajikistan.

As a result, unfortunately, the deteriorating situation in Badakhshan province, of the Republic of Tajikistan, is attributed to the United Nations by the current Tajik regime.

However, for obvious reasons, the current regime is guilty of worsening the situation in Badakhshan province, of R/Tajikistan.

Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). The current Tajik regime continues to threaten the OSCE office. We have written about this many times before to the United Nations Office.

At the meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on May 16-17 2022, the situation of human rights violations and the situation in the Badakhshan province of the Republic of Tajikistan were mentioned.

Other countries and international organizations also criticized the situation in Badakhshan province of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The United Nations, international legal organizations and international legal organizations, and the international community need to know that the current Tajik regime is a clear violation of international law.

Finally, I respectfully ask all of you to invite Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov to a social justice desk in one of the countries of the world to implement law and justice in the society of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Please make this legal responsibility your humanitarian duty and force Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov to sit down with us and answer our legal questions.

We hope that Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov will accept your invitation to the international community and that Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov himself will sit at the table of justice to resolve the political, economic, social, cultural, and security situation in Tajikistan.

Because according to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, we form a large group of the society of the Republic of Tajikistan, and in case of emergency, the Republic of Tajikistan has the right to decide according to the law, and this right should be given to us by Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov.

If Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov does not accept and does not allow us the right to a decision given to us by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and does not come to the table for justice, please refer our case and that of Mr. Imamaly Rahmanov to the international High Criminal Court. (ICC).”
